How to request deletion
- Email osborne@indrah.in with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Tell us how you interacted with us so we can locate your records — for example the WhatsApp phone number you messaged from, or the hospital and approximate date of your kiosk conversation. You do not need to share any health details in the request.
- We will confirm your identity using the same channel you contacted us through, then delete your conversation records, summaries and any voice recordings, and confirm completion to you.
What happens next
- We acknowledge every request within 14 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
- Deletion covers the data IndRAH holds and instructs our processors to remove. Where a healthcare provider is legally required to retain part of your clinical record, we will tell you what is retained and why.
- If you took part in an ethics-approved research study, pseudonymised research data may be retained under that study's protocol; you can withdraw from the study through the study team.
